Day & Time: Fridays, 1:00–1:45 PM

Supervision: Coach will supervise children from 12:20 to 1:50 PM (before and after class)

Semester Dates: December 1 – February 28

Fee: $300 per child (gloves provided for in class use)

Empower Your Child with Focus, Strength & Confidence!

Atlanta WonderKids is thrilled to partner with Peachtree Road United Methodist Church (PRUMC) to bring its Martial Arts & Confidence Program - a fun, structured, and engaging enrichment experience designed especially for early learners.

Through age-appropriate martial arts activities, children develop:

All in a safe, encouraging, and movement-rich environment that kids absolutely love!

What a Class Looks Like:

Each 45-minute session blends movement, mindfulness, and playful learning. Children begin with a fun warm-up - animal walks, superhero balance challenges, or “freeze focus” games - followed by simple martial arts drills that teach coordination, respect, and self-control.

The class wraps up with teamwork-based obstacle courses, partner games, and a brief calm-down reflection.

Every activity is designed to keep children engaged, smiling, and learning valuable life skills through play and positive coaching. 

Coach will bring extra gloves for class, but feel free to purchase personalized gloves if you’d like.

Program Highlights

    Led by licensed and certified WonderKids coaches, affectionately known to kids as Coach “Energizer Evan” and Coach “Dynamic D” — fun nicknames that help them connect and be remembered!
